Judy Neal Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, Reverend Eugene Skaggs and Shirley Skaggs (Crites); and her granddaughter Mackenzie Pryce. She is survived by: her spouse Dale Neal; her daughters, Tammy Adamson (Earl) of Geary, Sharon Pryce (Kevin) of Wellington and Paula Lattimer (Eugene) of Hunnewell; her stepsons, Marty Neal of Caldwell and Jeff Neal of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; her brother Larry Skaggs (Candy) of Nash; and her grandchildren, Stephanie, Mersadise, Krystal, Matthew, Emma, Jon, Kyle, Kari, Klayton, Kelsey and Cooper. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to the Wellington Humane Society and sent in care of the mortuary.
