He was predeceased by: his parents, Geneva Douglas and Wayne Douglas; his wife Kathy Diann Douglas; and his adoptive son DJ. He is survived by: his brother Billie; and his children, Chris Douglas (Marcy), Charleigh Madeiros (Tony) and Chauntay Beck (Jesse). He is also survived by his 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Matherly Funeral Homes - Bristow (119 N Chestnut St, Bristow, OK 74010). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the First Church of God (320 S Walnut St, Bristow, OK 74010).
