He was predeceased by: his parents, George Harold Tilley and Lou Jean Fixico. He is survived by: his sisters, Karen Tilley and Georgina Tilley.
Viewing will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Parks Brothers Funeral Home (301 N 3rd St, Okemah, OK 74859). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
