David touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Though David may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those David touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his family, David Vincent Dodge, Aubrey Bailey, Gwendalyn Noe, Ron Noe, Mike and Rita Dodge.
He is survived by: his parents, David Montoya (Sandra Dodge) and Joann Montoya; and his siblings, Timothy Schoonover, Rebekah Carter and Sabrina Ramero.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Smith Funeral Home Chapel (1208 S Main St, Sapulpa, OK 74066). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
