He is survived by: his children, Mike Provence (Tracy) and Elisha Plum (Lyle); his sister Linda Mann; his grandchildren, Zach Smith (Nicole), Caleb Smith (Mallorie), Cameron Smith, Tyler Provence, Micheala Provence, Brooklynn Provence and Aubrie Plum; and his great grandchildren, Stevie Smith, Phoebe Smith and Selestine Smith.
