He was predeceased by : his parents, Leon "Buster" Batey and Gladys Eunice Batey. He is survived by : his wife Sandy Batey; his children, Darren, Angie Batey, Shanna, Linc Hacker, Daniel and Kandy Batey; his grandchildren, Chris (Savanna), Kassie Hay (Kevin), Chance, Kyle Inman, Dakota Hacker, Kolton, Brigham (Kiarah), Brody and Kami; and his great grandchildren, Brice, Denny Hay, Azaela, Zayden Simpson, Bryar, Kaylea and Tyson.
