He is survived by: his wife Buffy Vice of Drumright; his sons, Gage Hickman of Cushing and Blake Hickman of Drumright; and his siblings, Marilyn Hickman Bradley of Stillwater, Eddie Hickman (Rhonda) of New Castle, Barney Hickman (Dana) of Weatherford and Ronnie Hickman of Drumright. He is also survived by many other relatives and numerous friends.
