He was predeceased by: his parents, John Elias and Pauline Elias; and his brothers, George, Tom and Bill Elias.
He is survived by: his wife Sherry Elias; his children, Eddie March (Brenda), Michelle Dean (Darin), Jeff Elias (Wendy), Phil Elias Jr., Paul Elias (Britney), Amber Elias (Greg Cullom) and Miles Elias; and his brother John Elias Jr.. He is also survived by twenty grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
In honor of the numerous years of service Phil devoted as an auxiliary Police officer, in lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Bristow Police Department.
