He is survived by: his wife Ann Weaver of Bixby; his son Todd Foutch of Depew; his siblings, Ronnie (Linda) of Morris, Ricky (Kathy) of Choteau, Peggy Edmonson of Leonard and Patsy Madewell (Eddie) of Stilwell; his grandchildren, Holly Thompson (Josh) of Stroud, Candace Robertson (Nate) of Oklahoma City, RaeAnna Szydlowski (Brandon) of Stroud, Hannah Foutch of Stroud, Ashley Hall of Manhattan, Russell Foutch Jr. of Depew and Wiley Cooper (Hannah Geeslin) of Midwest City; his son-in-law John Cooper of Tonkawa; and his great grandchildren, Kennedy, Maddox Thompson and Nova Szydlowski.
