He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Anna Bailey and William Bailey I; his children, William and Nikki Bailey; his siblings, Patricia Cassidy, Richard Wallace, Delbert Bailey, Debborrah Baxter and Leanne Spagnolia; his wife Delight Bailey; and his siblings, Bonnie Wallace and Tom Bartlett. He was also cherished by seven grandchildren.
