He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Buick Johnson and Betty June Tedder Johnson; his siblings, Michael Johnson and Karen Sue Johnson; and his niece Deborah.
He is survived by: his wife Audrey of Rooze; his children, Lindsey Garroutte (Zac) and Ryan Adams (Amanda); his grandchildren, Crosby, Marley, Maeven, London and Kolbie Jo; and his sisters, Kay Lynn Drake, Patti Neuroth and Jane Carpenter. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
