He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin L. Smith and Jacquelyn Smith of Tulsa, OK; and his daughter Jacquelyn Joanna Smith of Norman, OK.. He is survived by: his wife Jamie Lynne Smith of Broken Arrow, OK; his sister Cheryl Cleland; his brother-in-law Bill Cleland of Glenpool, OK; his nephew Amos Smith; his daughter-in-law Elia Smith; his grandchildren, Daniel Smith and Autumn Smith of San Diego, CA; his great grandchild Elijah Smith of Broken Arrow, OK; his granddaughter Micah Morgan; his grandson-in-law Clint Morgan; and his great grandchildren, Roman Morgan and Elsie Morgan of Skiatook, OK. He is also survived by daughter Glory Police, and grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
