Walsh; her children, Adam Ryan Walsh and Allison Renee Walsh; and her siblings, Linda Wibbels, Mike Allen, Patty Harris, Bob Allen, Jim Allen, Dave Allen, Paul Allen, Christy Andre, Tim Allen, Mary Smith, Ben Allen and Daniel Allen. She is also survived by spouses, children, and grandchildren.
An ardent Catholic, Amy died wearing the scapular of Our Lady, and requested that in lieu of flowers, donations would be made in her name to Catholic Charities of Eastern Oklahoma or the Tunnels to Towers Foundation.
