It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Andrew Fulk of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, who passed away on February 14, 2026, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Harold Franklin Fulk; his stepmother Billie Fulk; his grandparents, Kathryn and Harold Fulk; and his cousin Jared Ruffino.
He is survived by: his mother Katie Rose Enke (Copeland) of Springfield, Missouri; his wife Nicole Fulk; his brother David Fulk (Renee) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; his cousin Carolyn Tygart (William) of Coweta, Oklahoma; his children, Tommy Renfro, Erich Anderson and Jerrod Cooper; Skye Fulk, PJ Salisbury of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Drue Fulk of Norman, Oklahoma, Ivey Fulk and Dante Navarro of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and a host of friends.
