She was predeceased by: her father Homer William Adams; her husband John Sparks; her mother Vera Blanche Adams; and her brother Jamie Adams of Texas. She is survived by: her daughters, Beth Hopper (Tim) of Sand Springs and Becky Jester (Tim) of Sand Springs, Oklahoma; and her stepsons, Johnny Sparks of El Dorado, Kansas and Jeff Sparks of El Dorado, Kansas. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
