Bob left this world on March 1, 2025 at the age of 95, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore "Buddy" Long and Seddie Long; his siblings, Nellie Kendrick, Charlie Long, Ruby "Billie" Scrivner, Essie Siders and Mary Jeff "Tootsie" Kendrick; and his son-in-law Jim Hoffman.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Long; his children, Roger Long (Beverly) and Debbie Hoffman; his grandchildren, Christopher Long, Alison Long, Melissa Murray and Dallas Long; and his great grandchildren, Lyla Sandridge, Miles Murray and Ella Murray. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, cousins.
