She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Phillips and Ada Phillips; and her husband Charles Owens. She is survived by: her children, Philip Owens (Susan), Vicki Crofford (Patrick) and Pam Norwood (Ricky); and her brother-in-law Arley Owens. She is also survived by grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
