He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Cooper and Helen Cooper; and his brother Brian Cooper. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his daughter Aimee Cooper; his siblings, Bradley Cooper and Betsy Schraad (Bill Schraad Jr.); and his nephews, Garrett and Hayden Schraad.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Floral Haven Family Center (6500 S 129th E Ave, Broken Arrow, OK 74012). Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
