Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Floral Haven Funeral Home (6500 S 129th E Ave, Broken Arrow, OK 74012). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel (6500 S 129th E Ave, Broken Arrow, OK 74012). A committal service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 4:40 PM at the Last Supper-Floral Haven Memorial Gardens (6500 S 129th E Ave, Broken Arrow, OK 74012).
