She is survived by: her son David Blake Puryear (Sharolyn) of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; her grandsons, Austin Cole Puryear of Broken Arrow, Jonathan Gage Puryear of Broken Arrow and Samuel David Puryear of Tulsa, Oklahoma; her nephew Donald Wayne Beasley of Little Rock, Arkansas; her niece Debbie Nelson of Longview, Texas; and her daughter-in-law Becky Puryear of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma..
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Floral Haven Funeral Home and Crematory (6500 S 129th E Ave, Broken Arrow, OK 74012).
