We are sad to announce that on September 30, 2025, at the age of 82, Cecilia Ann Phillips of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Schumacher and Juanita Coffey (Gordon); her husband Dannie Phillips; and her siblings, Ronnie Schumacher and Linda Chesser.
She is survived by: her son Clint Biffle; her grandchildren, Shane Biffle and Jessica Downing (Lance); her great grandchildren, Alexis, Isabell Biffle, Skylar Speece, Daisy and Delilah Downing; and her siblings, Bobby Coffey, Steve Coffey, David Schumacher, Pat Johnson, Dale and Dorothy Record. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Floral Haven Memorial Gardens (6500 S 129th E Ave, Broken Arrow, OK 74012).
