She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Clark Howard and Arzetta May Howard (Brown); her daughter Laura Howard; her brother Donald Dennis Howard; and her brother-in-law Doug Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Joe Moore; her son Evan Howard (Lu) of Sperry, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Emily Baker (Ryan) of Owasso, Katherine Sue Howard of Nairobi and Micah Moore of Tishomingo, Oklahoma.; her great grandchildren, Lydia Muecke, Ty Muecke and Si Baker; her sister Susan Smith of Lakeland, Florida; and her son Matt Moore of Tupelo, Mississippi.
