He is survived by: his parents, Wallace "Wally" Dick and Jean Dick; his wife Sarah Dick; his children, Michael Johnson, Brandon Brown, Joshua Dick, Rachel Brewer and Lorraine Underwood; and his parents-in-law, Tom and Debbie Pickens. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and other family members and friends.
