He is survived by : his wife Linda Suvak; his daughters, Miranda and Samantha Suvak; his siblings, Mary Patricia Suvak and Andrew J. Suvak (Wendy); his father-in-law Lee Hicks; and his brother-in-law Mike Duke (Debbie).

Viewing was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Floral Haven Funeral Home (6500 S 129th E Ave, Broken Arrow, OK 74012). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel (6500 S 129th E Ave, Broken Arrow, OK 74012). A burial was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 from 11:00 PM to 11:30 PM at the Floral Haven Memorial Gardens (6500 S 129th E Ave, Broken Arrow, OK 74012).
