It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris Ann Norwood of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, who passed away on July 17, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmit Lunsford and Mattie Lunsford; her sisters, Lola "Louise" Ward and Lilian Andrews; and her nephew Wes Ward.
She is survived by: her husband Woodrow "Woody" Edward Norwood; her children, Scott Norwood (Ashley) and Nancy Rogers (Mike); her grandchildren, Elizabeth Evans, Zachary Coppenger, Matthew Coppenger, Paitlynn, Adelyn, Deacon and Margot Ray; her great grandchildren, Paxton and Payton Evans; her sibling's children, Michelle Wilson (Jon), Wade Ward (Pam), Will Ward, Traci Merangue, Steffan Anderson, Sarah Boren (Scott) and Joshua Anderson; and her sister-in-law Charlotte Anderson (Greg).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and from 9:00 PM to 12:00 PM at the Floral Haven Funeral Home (6500 S 129th E Ave, Broken Arrow, OK 74012). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM and from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel (6500 S 129th E Ave, Broken Arrow, OK 74012). A graveside service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at the Floral Haven Memorial Garden (6500 S 129th E Ave, Broken Arrow, OK 74012).
