With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ellen Senegal of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, born in Stephenson, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 21, 2026 at the age of 79. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvender Jackson and Ruth Carter Jackson. She is survived by: her daughter Charise; her son-in-law Christopher Randolph; her pet Dior Noelle; her brother Victor; her sister-in-law Tracy Jackson; her sister Lugene; her brother-in-law William Mills; her sister Regina; her brother-in-law Willie Morgan Sr.; and her sisters, Nancy and Denise Jackson. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
