He was predeceased by: his parents, Bentley Harvey Cloud and Bonnie Ray Cloud (Mathews). He is survived by: his wife Vickie Dianna Cloud (Tull); his children, Dr. Kimberly Anne Williams (John Williams) and Gilbert Matthew Cloud (Natalie Neal Cloud); his grandchildren, Jeffery Logan Teel, Matthew Landon Teel and Kylee Anne Cloud; his sister Marsha Fowler; and his sisters-in-law, Linda Wilson (Ted) and Susan Cobb. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested a donation be made to one of the following: NSU Athletic Department, Tahlequah Schools Athletic Department, or the Tulsa Public Schools Legends Foundation.
