He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Dorothy, Tommy Hurst and Sue Perna. He is survived by: his parents, Cindy Hurst of Bixby, OK and Bryan Hurst (Donna) of Owasso, OK; his wife Rachel; his children, Mason, Taylor and Kennedy Hurst; his sister Erin Collins (Paul); his sibling's children, Caroline, Warner and Wyatt; his stepsiblings, Amy Saum (Joe) and Jeremy Hawver; his grandfather Tony Perna; his uncles, Ryan Hurst, Larry Harden and Ernie Harden; and also, Madison, Christopher and Tylar. He is also survived by numerous cousins; and dear friends.
