He was predeceased by: his parents, Levi Parnell and Helen Parnell (Keys). He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Parnell (Chase); his children, Darrell Masingale, Tommy Masingale, Elizabeth Parnell (Susie), Tammy Browne (Masingale) and James Parnell (Jimmy); his grandchildren, Tyler Masingale, Jessica Harvey, Morgan Gabel (Masingale), Trevor Masingale, Blake Masingale, Stephanie Masingale (Stevie), Talan Parnell, Ayden Parnell and Kannon Parnell; his great grandchildren, Bentley, Brenna, Benjamin (Benji), Remington, Gage, Holland and Shepherd; and his brother Benny Parnell (Gail). He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
