She was predeceased by: her parents, William Thomas and Helen Francis Bozarth (Shiflet); her husband Joe Shelton; her brother William Bozarth Jr.; and her brother-in-law Richard Holleyman.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Helen Holleyman; her sibling's children, Ruth Biggs (Jason), Sherry Holleyman, Cheryl Stewart (Edward Sr.) and Larry Holleyman (Connie); and her cousins, Katherine Shinn and John E Shiflet.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at 1206 S Waverly St, Ponca City, OK 74601.
