He was predeceased by: his father Jon Johnson; and his grandparents, Illogene and James Posey. He is survived by: his mother Janet Johnson (Posey); his wife Connie (Broken Arrow); and his daughter Addision. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Clarehouse in Michael's memory.
