He was predeceased by: his parents, John Claude and Zelma Stone (Hulsey); his former wife Shirley; his stepmother Helen; and his brothers, Burt Howard, Bill Howard and Joe Howard.
He is survived by: his wife Paula Stone; his daughters, Deborah Salas (Raul) of San Antonio and Melissa Harmon (James) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; and his siblings, Bud Howard (Sunni) of Monta Vista, Colorado, Mary Childress of Grand Prairie, Nancy Howard of Sapulpa, Brenda Bryant of Tulsa and Cheryl Henriksen (KJ) of Cleveland, Oklahoma.. He is also survived by four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Floral Haven Funeral Home (6500 S 129th E Ave, Broken Arrow, OK 74012). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel (6500 S 129th E Ave, Broken Arrow, OK 74012).
