He was loved and cherished by many people including: his son Todd Scruggs (Beth); his grandchildren, Maggie and Andrew Scruggs; his brothers, Jan Scruggs (Sandy) and Jim Roy (Mary); his brother-in-law Glenn Sumner; his siblings' children, Scott, Jody, Kyle, Stewart, Jennifer, Beth and Claire; his wife Margie Elizabeth Scruggs; his son Wade Wright Scruggs; his parents, Joe Scruggs and Jesse Faye Scruggs; and his sister Judi Sumner.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Redeemer Church (5415 E 101st St, Tulsa, OK 74137).
