He was predeceased by: his parents, Cyril A Miller and Mildred E Miller; his former wife Shirley; and his daughter Christine Cellino. He is survived by: his daughter Cynthia; his son-in-law Timothy Reed; and his spouse Tulsa. He is also survived by five grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
