He is survived by: his daughter Paula Kasishke; his grandson Dr. Paul R. Kasishke II (Jaime); his great grandchild Paul "Trip" Kasishke III of Broken Arrow; and his sister-in-law Linda Simmons of Pampa. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
