She is survived by: her husband Clayton Caruth; her sons, Clint Caruth (Tina), Chad Caruth (Stephanie) and Chet Caruth (Laura); her siblings, Gary Blaine Parks and Cynthia "Cindy" Renee Olden (Parks); and her grandchildren, Peyton, Paige-Elicia, Lawson, Ryann, Holden, Cale and Colin. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
