With solemn reverence, we commemorate Kathleen Frazier of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, born in Canoga Park, California, whose life came to an end on July 16, 2025 at the age of 76, leaving behind cherished memories. She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn H. Cota and Norma Cota. She is survived by: her husband Ben; her sibling Gene (Joy); her stepchildren, Ron (Elaine), Linda (Wade) and Marla Frazier (Greg Sweeney); her stepmother Marlene Cota (IN); and her nephew Michael (Jennifer).
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM and from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Life Church (2420 E Kenosha St, Broken Arrow, OK 74014). A memorial service will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A celebration of life will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
