“I never met her in person, but Laurel and I talked many times on the phone. She was my health care monitor for several months. Not sure how she was able to obtain answers for her questionnaire, but she was clever and completed the form somehow. I looked forward to our conversations each month. She was really kind and gave me her number so that we could maintain our communication when she moved to other employment. She was an inspiration! The world was a better place thanks to her. I'll miss her!”
