With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lenora Tennessee Lay of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 18, 2026 at the age of 90. She was predeceased by: her parents, Griffin Waller and Leva Daisy Carr (Jackson); her husband Billy Eugene Lay; her brother Billy Joe Carr; and her sister-in-law Donna Carr.
She is survived by: her children, David Lay (Kathleen) and Cindy Ketchum (Kevin); her grandchildren, Cortney Pelley, Callie Merritt and Stephanie McCrary; and her great grandchildren, Palmer Pelley, Pearl Pelley, Ketch Merritt, Kacki Merritt, Klein Merritt, Scott McCrary and Landon McCrary.
A celebration of life was held on Monday, May 4th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel.
