She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Otis and Dortha Louise Douglas (Hood). She is survived by: her sister Judy Mitchel; and her brother-in-law Jim.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel (6500 S 129th E Ave, Broken Arrow, OK 74012).
