She is survived by: her husband Steve Smith; her daughters, Shea Peugh (Devin), Grace Smith and Jordan Martin; her brother Steven Burks; her grandchildren, Dawson Martin, Emily Reiss, Brody Shafer, Braylynn Shafer and Kahler Peugh; and her goddaughters, Liliana, Amara and Kiaya.
