The memory of Margarette Jolene Van Ness of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, who passed away on September 28, 2025 at the age of 85, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her husband Eldon Van Ness; her stepchildren, Elmer Ray, Roger and Margaret Penfield; and her great grandchild Hunter Penfield.
She is survived by: her children, Stan Smith, Debby Shipman, Janice Breeding, Randy Smith and Rhonda Stilwell; and her stepchildren, Jerry, Elbert and Gary Van Ness. She is also survived by her two brothers & two Sister; 15 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 8:30 PM.
