Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Floral Haven Chapel (6500 S 129th E Ave, Broken Arrow, OK 74012). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
