He is survived by: his grandchildren, Jake (Jasmine), Jesse (Brittany), Josh (Karen), Chase (Taylor), Oksana (Irving), Harley (Cassie) and Cole Owings; his wife Peggy Owings; his children, Christi Cotton, Freddy Cotton and Michael Owings (DeeDee); and his sister Pam Fegley (Phil). He is also survived by his seven grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at 10:00 AM at 1205 E Kenosha St, Broken Arrow, OK 74012.
