He was predeceased by: his father Billy Clinton Jay. He is survived by: his mother Joyce Earlene Jay (Schauffler) of Broken Arrow, OK; his wife Laura Anne Jay; his sons, Hayden Jay (Jenna) of Coweta, OK and Colten Jay (Mackenzie) of Broken Arrow, OK; his grandsons, Jack Michael Jay and Owen Clinton Jay; his brother Curtis Dewayne Jay of Broken Arrow, OK; and his stepmother Sharon Jay. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews.
