He is survived by: his sons, Curtis Green (Tracy) of Broken Arrow, OK and Robert Green (Mandy) of Broken Arrow, OK; his grandchildren, Haley Carlile (Matthew), Hannah Green, Holly Green, Gavin Green and Olivia Green; and his sisters, Phyllis Thompson of Wagoner, OK, Jeanette Culver of Broken Arrow, OK and Judy Green of Tulsa, OK. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
