He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark A. Kelley and Cheryl J. Kelley; and his brother Phillip E. Kelley. He is survived by: his sister Joy L. Kelley; his niece Geneva Mae Stephens; his great-niece Emerson J. Stephens; and his nephew Corbin A. Kelley. He is also survived by extended family and many friends.
