With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phuong Duy Pham of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, who passed away on September 25, 2025 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Vien Pham and Cui Do; his spouse Lien Do; his grandchildren, Anh and Nikkie; his son Nhat Pham (Honna); his grandchildren, Tan, Mai Lien, Sydney, Dylan and Max; his daughter Anh Pham (Jonathan); his grandchildren, Lexi and Jax; his daughter Nikkie Pham (Eugene); and his granddaughter Audrey.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM and on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Floral Haven Funeral Home (6500 S 129th E Ave, Broken Arrow, OK 74012). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (14905 E 21st St, Tulsa, OK 74134).
