He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Wade; his children, Kelly Patrick Wade (Stephanie Wade), Jonna Renee Reed (Jeff Reed) and Lisa Michelle Payne (Richard Payne); his sister Irma Dean Walker; his grandchildren, Jeffrey, Kelsey, Chloe, Jarrett, Dalton and Avery; and his great grandchildren, Lenna, Baylor, Wade and Brody.
