He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Mistak and Anne (Scieszka). He is survived by: his wife Judy Mistak (S. Marine Corps); his daughters, Rachel Kilschautzky (Torsten) and Camille Adams (Albert); his sister Gloria Berner (Victor); his grandchildren, Alexander and Anastasia Kilschautzky; and his niece Christina McCarte. He is also survived by many extended family members and close friends.
A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Anne's Catholic Church (301 S 9th St, Broken Arrow, OK 74012).
